"I bought the product they recommended, i’m kind..."
I bought the product they recommended, i’m kind of questioning my own judgment now. By the next day, my skin had broken out badly. Maybe I should’ve known better, but I really thought their advice would help.

"Not the relaxing spa experience I expected"
I really wanted to unwind here, but the whole vibe felt off from the start. The waiting area was super bright and kind of noisy, so it felt more like sitting in a busy clinic than being at a spa. I also found myself having to explain what I was there for more than once, which got annoying fast when I was just trying to relax. Definitely not the calm, soothing experience I was hoping for.

"I really wanted to love SkinSpirit, but..."
I really wanted to love SkinSpirit, but i feel like I just didn’t get the same experience twice. My first visit was great — they took their time and I felt taken care of. Then the next time, it felt rushed, and the results were totally different, which was frustrating because I’m still the one paying the same high price. The staff were nice, so I’m not saying anyone was rude, but it kind of feels like you’re at the mercy of whoever you happen to get that day. For what they charge, I just expected more consistency.

"Good experience, but booking can be a hassle"
I do like skinspirit overall, so maybe I’m just being a little picky, but getting an appointment at a time that works for me can be kind of frustrating. The evening and weekend slots seem to fill up really fast, and I usually end up waiting longer than I hoped. Once I’m there, the staff is really nice and everything is fine, but I do wish there were more convenient appointment options. It’s not a huge deal, just a bit inconvenient sometimes.

"Ended up feeling a bit let down"
I left feeling a little disappointed, mainly because of the front desk experience. The actual treatment was totally fine, but checking in and asking a few basic questions felt kind of cold and rushed. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a bit more patience and professionalism. It wasn’t the best first impression.

and I only went in for one thing, but they kept trying to add on extras. It got awkward, i didn’t really enjoy the experience.

"The cancellation and rescheduling rules are way too frustrating"
This just wasn’t worth the hassle for me. The cancellation and reschedule rules felt unnecessarily difficult, like there were too many little conditions and steps for something that should be simple. I get that businesses need policies, but when plans change, it shouldn’t feel like you’re being punished or forced to jump through hoops just to make an adjustment. By the time I figured out what I could and couldn’t do, I was already annoyed, and it made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be

"Not the cleanest visit"
The clinic was okay overall, but it actually looked a little messier than I expected. There was some hair on the floor near the chairs, and the bathroom didn’t really feel fresh. The staff were nice, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness made me a bit uneasy during the visit.

"Nice natural results, but not perfect"
In my experience, skinspirit was a good option for the subtle look I was going for. I really didn’t want anything obvious or overdone, and the results ended up looking natural to me. No one called out that I had anything done, but a couple people mentioned I looked less tired, which was basically what I wanted.
I’m giving it 3 stars because, personally, the appointment felt a little rushed and the final cost was higher than I expected. The staff seemed nice, but I would’ve appreciated a clearer breakdown of pricing and more guidance on aftercare before I left.

"Aftercare instructions were kind of confusing"
I got a paper with the aftercare instructions, but it was missing some important details. I ended up having to call twice after my treatment just to figure out what I was supposed to do, which feels like something they should’ve made clearer from the start...

I paid way too much for this, it just wasn’t worth it. For the price, I expected a lot more, but what I got felt damn underwhelming.

I had a problem after my visit, and when I reached out for support, it felt like they just kept sending me in circles... No one actually fixed anything or followed up with me. it was frustrating...

"Pricing was a bit hard to figure out"
Not gonna lie, I had a hard time figuring out what things actually cost. I felt like I had to click around way too much or reach out just to get a clear answer, which was frustrating.

"Not really worth it for me"
I went to SkinSpirit for a treatment and, i didn’t really notice much of a difference after. The staff was nice and all, so no issue there, but for what it cost I kinda expected more. Maybe other people get better results, but mine was just meh, and I don’t think I’d book again

"The wait really wore me out"
I ended up waiting way too long for my appointment, and by the time I was finally seen, I felt completely mentally drained. It just made the whole experience frustrating, i don’t see myself coming back.

I went to SkinSpirit for a treatment, and overall, it was, like, okay. Not terrible or anything, but the pain management was kind of a mixed bag for me, honestly.
The staff was really nice and they did check in on me a few times, which I appreciated, but I still felt more discomfort than I was expecting. Maybe the numbing just needed more time to kick in, or maybe I’m just a little more sensitive than I thought, I don’t know.
So yeah, not a bad experience overall, just not exactly super comfortable either. I’d probably go back, but next time I’d definitely ask more questions up front about what they can do for pain and how the whole process is supposed to feel.

"I had some swelling that hung around for..."
I had some swelling that hung around for a bit longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. I did expect them to follow up sooner, but they eventually called me back and helped address it. Overall, not perfect, but they handled the side effects okay.

"pretty frustrating communication"
I didn’t have a great experience with skinspirit. the provider just didn’t really explain much, and I felt like the appointment was moving way too fast. When I asked questions, the answers felt rushed or kind of brushed aside, so I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about everything.
After the visit, I tried following up and the replies were slow and not very clear. for what they charge, I expected at least basic communication and a little more care. I don’t think I’d go back.
